§ 815 ILCS 305/25. Voice messaging provision

Sec. 25. Voice messaging provision. Nothing in this Act shall prohibit a telephone company from providing a service that is utilized for relaying messages for private purposes, including but not limited to, voice messaging services or message delivery services. AUTOMATIC TELEPHONE DIALERS ACT
