§ 815 ILCS 505/2Z. Violations of other Acts
Sec. 2Z. Violations of other Acts. Any person who knowingly violates the Automotive Repair Act [815 ILCS
306/1 et seq.], the Home Repair and Remodeling Act [815 ILCS 513/1 et seq.], the Dance Studio Act [815 ILCS
610/1 et seq.], the Physical Fitness Services Act [815 ILCS 645/1 et seq.], the Hearing Instrument Consumer
Protection Act [225 ILCS 50/1 et seq.], the Illinois Union Label Act [815 ILCS 425/1 et seq.], the Job
Referral and Job Listing Services Consumer Protection Act [815 ILCS 630/1 et seq.], the Travel Promotion
Consumer Protection Act [815 ILCS 420/1 et seq.], the Credit Services Organizations Act [815 ILCS 605/1 et
seq.], the Automatic Telephone Dialers Act [815 ILCS 305/1 et seq.], the Pay-Per-Call Services Consumer
Protection Act [815 ILCS 520/1 et seq.], the Telephone Solicitations Act [815 ILCS 413/1 et seq.], the
Illinois Funeral or Burial Funds Act [225 ILCS 45/1 et seq.], the Cemetery Care Act [760 ILCS 100/1 et seq.],
the Safe and Hygienic Bed Act [410 ILCS 68/1 et seq.], the Pre-Need Cemetery Sales Act [815 ILCS 390/1 et
seq.], the High Risk Home Loan Act [815 ILCS 137/1 et seq.], subsection (a) or (b) of Section 3-10 of the
Cigarette Tax Act [35 ILCS 130/3-10], subsection (a) or (b) of Section 3-10 of the Cigarette Use Tax Act [35
ILCS 135/3-10], the Electronic Mail Act [815 ILCS 511/1 et seq.], or paragraph (6) of subsection (k) of
Section 6-305 of the Illinois Vehicle Code [625 ILCS 5/6-305] commits an unlawful practice within the meaning
of this Act.
