§ 24-5-12-18. Purchaser's right to cancel for seller's noncompliance with registration requirements

If a seller fails to comply with sections 10 through 16 [IC 24-5-12-10 through IC 24-5-12-16] of this chapter, a purchaser may cancel any contract with the seller by notifying the seller in any manner.
