§ 8. Habitual Violation of Injunctions; Effect on Corporation's Franchise or Right to Do Business.
Upon petition by the attorney general, the court may for habitual violation of injunctions issued pursuant to
section four order the dissolution, or suspension or forfeiture of franchise of any corporation or the right
of any individual or foreign corporation to do business in the commonwealth.
