§ 599B.080. Registration required

It is unlawful for any person to do business as a seller or salesman in this state without being registered with the division pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. For the purposes of this section, a person does business as a seller or salesman in this state if he solicits or causes to be solicited a sale of goods or services or a donation from a location in this state or solicits persons in this state from a location outside this state.
