NRS § 599B.200
§ 599B.200. Disclosure of purchaser prohibited; exceptions

A salesman or seller shall not disclose the name or address of any person who purchases goods or services pursuant to a solicitation governed by this chapter. Nothing in this section prohibits the disclosure of this information to:

1. Any person employed by or associated with the seller;

2. The commissioner or any employee of the division; or

3. Any law enforcement officer or agency that requires the information for investigative purposes.
