§ 5-61-6. Severability

If any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation made under this chapter, or the application of this chapter to any person or circumstance is held invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the chapter, rule or regulation and the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances is not affected. The invalidity of any section or sections or parts of any section of this chapter does not affect the validity of the remainder of the chapter. TITLE 6.
