§ 38.105. Effective Date; Renewal
(a)
A registration statement becomes effective on the date that the secretary of state issues the
registration certificate.
(b)
A registration statement is effective for one year and may be renewed annually by:
(1)
filing a renewal registration statement with the information
required by Subchapter D; and
(2)
paying the registration statement filing fee.
