§ 38.201. Information Posted or Available at Seller's Business Location

(a) A seller shall post the registration certificate in a conspicuous place at the location for which it is issued.

(b) A seller shall make available at each of the seller's business locations a copy of the entire registration statement and addenda, if any, for inspection by a purchaser or representative of a governmental agency.

(c) A seller shall post in close proximity to the registration certificate the name of each individual in charge of the location.
