§ 46A-6F-220. Inapplicability of article to the annual sale of less than one hundred dollars for food stuffs

and edibles The provisions of this article do not apply to a person soliciting the sale of food stuffs and edibles, except vitamins, if the solicitations neither intends to result in, or actually results in a sale or sales which costs the consumer in excess of one hundred dollars annually to a single address: Provided, That such sales are not solicited by professional telemarketers.
